Conduct Process

Step 1: Report received

The Office of Student Accountability & Support receives reports from multiple offices, including the University of Missouri Police Department and the Department of Residential Life. Members of the community may also submit reports of misconduct through the incident report form.

If it is alleged that you have violated university policy, we will place a judicial hold on your account, preventing registration until the conduct process is complete. We aim to deliver an informal disposition within than 30 days from the date we receive information of a potential violation

We will send you a notice letter via email with information about the incident and how to schedule a meeting..

If you don’t schedule a meeting within five business days of receiving your letter, we will make a decision without your input.
